A retail company is seeking a Retail Assistant to provide excellent customer service and support store operations in Orchard. The role includes operating the POS system, maintaining store standards, and assisting with inventory. Salary : $2,100 - $2,500
Working hour : 44 Hours Friday to Tuesday
Location : Orchard
Work description:
* Deliver excellent customer service and assist shoppers with product recommendations
* Operate the POS system and manage daily cash handling duties
* Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and visual merchandising standards
* Monitor and replenish stock, receive inventory deliveries
* Support the online store by packing and fulfilling customer orders
* Assist with administrative tasks and ad-hoc duties as required
Requirements:
* Friendly, cheerful, and customer-oriented personality
* Enjoys interacting with children and their parents
* Able to work independently, dependable, and self-motivated
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Familiarity with retail operations preferred
* Comfortable using social media platforms (optional but advantageous)
* Able to commit to retail hours, including weekends and public holidays
