Responsibilities

• Providing professional and knowledgeable customer service to ensure a positive shopping experience

• Monitoring store operations and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures

• Supervising and training junior retail staff, if applicable

Requirements

• Diploma or Nitec in Business Administration, Sales & Marketing or equivalent

• Previous experience in a customer-facing retail or service role, preferably in the Retail & Consumer Products industry
