Job summary

Hypha Provisions at Raffles Place MRT Station is seeking Part-Time Retail Assistants to join our front-line team. You will create a warm customer experience while supporting day-to-day operations, including handling payments and restocking.

The role offers a flexible part-time schedule (5–6 hours daily, Monday to Friday) and training is provided. No formal experience required, but passion for local F&B brands and strong communication help.

Qualifications

• Part-time availability on weekdays, 5–6 hours per day.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced retail environment and standing for long periods.
• Friendly, responsible and customer-oriented.
• Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Retail or F&B experience is an advantage; training provided.

About the Role

We are looking for Part-Time Retail Assistants to join our team at our outlet located at Raffles Place MRT Station . As a Retail Assistant, you will be part of our front-line team, helping to create a warm and welcoming experience for our customers while supporting the smooth day-to-day operations of the outlet.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide friendly and helpful customer service and assist customers with their purchases.
• Operate the cashier and handle cashless and other payment transactions.
• Pack customer orders and assist with product replenishment and restocking.
• Maintain attractive and well-organised product displays.
• Ensure the outlet is clean, tidy and well-maintained at all times.
• Follow proper hygiene and food safety standards.
• Assist with opening or closing duties, stock monitoring and daily outlet operations.
• Support promotions, festive campaigns and other operational activities when required.
• Work closely with the team to ensure a smooth and positive customer experience.

Requirements

• Part-time, Monday to Friday, 5 to 6 hours a day
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment and standing for extended periods.
• Friendly, responsible and customer-oriented.
• Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Prior retail or F&B experience is an advantage, but training will be provided .
