What you'll be doing
Manage all aspects of store operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and budgeting.
Provide effective leadership and coaching to a team of retail associates, ensuring they are trained and motivated to deliver outstanding customer service.
Analyse sales data and implement strategies to drive revenue growth and improve store performance.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective promotional campaigns.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and legal requirements.
Identify and address any issues or challenges in the store, and implement solutions to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.
What we're looking for
Minimum 2 years of experience in a retail management role, preferably within the hospitality or tourism industry.
Strong leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
Proficient in data analysis and performance reporting, with the ability to use this information to drive store growth.
