Job description

Key responsibilities

  • Oversee daily store operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and customer service

  • Mentor and develop a high-performing retail team, providing coaching and training to ensure excellent customer experience

  • Analyse sales data and trends to identify opportunities for growth and implement effective sales strategies

  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and relevant retail industry regulations

  • Collaborate with the regional and head office teams to implement new initiatives and drive continuous improvement

  • Provide exceptional leadership and be a role model for the retail team
