Retail Sales Associate/ Live streamer (Watches)

5.5 days or 6 days, 10.30am- 10pm

Salary: Basic $2000- $2400 with commission and incentives (gross salary up to $3500)

Location: Bedok Mall, Century Square, AMK hub, Jurong Point and Nex Serangoon

Responsibilities:

• Able to work in retail as well as live streaming for Company’s channel on Tik Tok, Douyin, XHS etc.
• Coordinate after sales orders with logistics team
• Passionate in sharing and promoting products what you love to viewers.
• Achieve monthly sales targets
• Communicate effectively to customers on all sales promotions, free gifts or any other promotions.
• Learn all the watch knowledge and able to perform change of watch battery.
• Responsible for retail store daily operation
• Ensure customer complaints (service-related) are resolved in a diplomatic and effective manner
• Execute merchandising display as per the Installation Guidelines, to ensure a clean and tidy store presentation

Requirements:

• Preferred retail or selling watches experience
• Must be able to work retail hours (i.e. shift work, public holidays and weekends)
• With live streaming experience preferred
