• Position: Retail Assistant
• Employment Type: Full-Time
• Retail Type: Modern Luxury (Ladies Footwear)
• Schedule: 5-day work week (~44 hours/week, including weekends; rest days on a rotating roster)
• Salary: SGD 2,200 – SGD 2,500 Monthly Basic (Based on Experience)
• Store Locations: Paragon, Marina Bay Sands, Takashimaya Department Store

What You’ll Be Doing

• Provide warm and attentive customer assistance, offering styling suggestions and answering queries
• Ensure the store remains clean, well-organized, and aligned with visual merchandising standards
• Replenish stock and manage daily back-of-house tasks such as unpacking, tagging, and arranging products
• Operate the POS system and support cashiering duties
• Share product knowledge and promote in-store promotions and brand campaigns
• Encourage sign-ups for loyalty programs, gift cards, and exclusive customer experiences
