Job summary

The GMP Group in Singapore is seeking a friendly Sales Associate to welcome customers, understand needs, and recommend fashion products on the sales floor.

You will assist with sizes, fittings, promotions, stock replenishment, and maintain a clean, organized store. The role involves working at cashier counters and contributing to sales targets.

Qualifications

• Provide professional and personalised customer service, understanding customers’ preferences and recommending suitable fashion products.
• Assist customers with product selection, sizing, fitting and styling to create a positive shopping experience.
• Achieve individual and store sales targets through effective product knowledge, upselling and cross-selling.
• Maintained strong knowledge of fashion trends, product features, promotions and new collections.
• Managed daily sales floor operations, including product replenishment, merchandise arrangement and visual presentation.
• Ensured the store was clean, organised and visually appealing according to brand standards.
