Summary:

• Fixed Salary $2300 + Commission

• 5 days work

• Multiple Locations

• Sales Target Bonus + Incentives

Job Responsibilities:

• Support daily store operations while upholding the brand’s image and standards

• Restock and maintain product displays in accordance with visual merchandising (VM) guidelines

• Greet and assist customers, delivering excellent service and product guidance

• Handle cash and card transactions accurately

• Communicate effectively with the team regarding new arrivals, merchandising updates, and out-of-stock solutions

• Execute store layout and merchandising changes in a timely and organized manner

• Build strong relationships with customers to promote loyalty and repeat business

• Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily and monthly sales targets
