Job summary

RECRUIT NOW SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is hiring a customer-oriented retail staff for our photography store at City Hall, Singapore. The role focuses on delivering excellent service, guiding customers, and supporting sales targets.

You will handle product knowledge, inventory, and store upkeep while working a 5-day week, 10am–7pm, with a salary up to S$2,800 per month, commensurate with experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum GCE O-Level or equivalent.
• 1–3 years of experience in retail, customer service, or sales.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service by welcoming customers and assisting them with their enquiries.
• Understand customers’ needs and recommend suitable products based on their requirements.
• Maintain a clean, organised, and visually appealing store environment.
• Assist with inventory management, stock checks, and replenishment of products.
• Work closely with the sales team to achieve individual and store sales targets.
• Keep up to date with new products, industry trends, and product features to provide accurate information to customers.
• Apply basic knowledge of photography, videography, and lighting to assist customers with relevant products.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Store Manager.
