Showroom Assistant / Manager

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily showroom operations for a smooth customer experience.

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to boost revenue.

  • Build and maintain relationships with industry professionals.

  • Provide product recommendations and expert advice to clients.

  • Train and guide the showroom team in customer service.

  • Ensure the showroom’s visual setup reflects the brand image.

  • Work with marketing on promotions and campaigns.

  • Oversee inventory and coordinate with suppliers.

Retail Assistant

Job Responsibilities:

  • To be aware of the customer profile, the product potential and the commercial strategies of competitors.

  • To communicate with the team about new products, merchandising changes and make suggestions regarding out-of-stock garments.

  • To be responsible for the store image at all times, ensuring that it is attractive and commercial.

  • To perform store changes in a quick and orderly manner.

  • Work as a team to achieve daily and monthly sales targets.

  • Greeting and assisting customers with product selection and purchases.

  • Maintaining a clean, organized and visually appealing store environment.

  • Handling cash and card transactions accurately.

  • Restocking and replenishing of product displays.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma or O-Level with relevant or equivalent qualifications.
