Job Description:
We are seeking a friendly, customer-oriented Retail Assistant to join our team in Singapore. This is a casual role and is ideal for individuals who are passionate about wines and spirits, enjoys engaging with customers, and can provide excellent service in a dynamic retail environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting wines and spirits according to their preferences and needs
• Provide product knowledge and recommendations about our range of wines and spirits
• Maintain store displays, ensure product stock levels are well-organized, and assist with stock replenishment
• Handle sales transactions accurately using the POS system
• Ensure the store environment is clean, organized, and inviting
• Uphold store policies and ensure compliance with relevant regulations
• Answer customer inquiries professionally and courteously
• Support store team during promotional activities and events when required

Requirements:

• Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory
• Passion for wines and spirits with a willingness to learn about products
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Flexible availability including weekends
• Responsible, reliable, and proactive attitude

Remuneration:
