As the leading scented product maker in the country, we are committed to creating exceptional fragrances that enchant the senses and elevate everyday moments. By joining us, you will be part of a pioneer team for our retail front in Changi Airport, Terminal 2. If you are a dedicated and enthusiastic individual with a deep appreciation for scented products, we invite you to embark on this scintillating journey with Lynk Artisan.

Basic Salary + Commission. Other Benefits include Medical insurance, Birthday Leave, etc.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote and educate customers about Lynk Fragrances .
  • Convert customers and close sales to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Track daily sales and collect customer feedback to address any issues or concerns.
  • Provide accurate product information and answer customer inquiries.
  • Maintain a tidy and organized area to uphold the brand image.
  • Serve customers professionally and deliver excellent customer experiences.
  • Perform stock checks every morning.
  • Request replenishment of stocks for retail activities and/or campaigns.

Requirements:

  • Prior F2F sales experience and able to assist customers to achieve a satisfying and enjoyable shopping experience.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to engage customers effectively.
  • Positive mindset with a can-do attitude.
  • Professional appearance and customer-centric mindset.
  • Multi-lingualis a bonus.
  • Willing to work on weekends, including public holidays.
