Job Responsibilities:

• Greet and engage walk-in customers in a warm and professional manner
• Introduce and demonstrate features of our luxury jewellery collections
• Maintain high standards of store presentation and cleanliness
• Accurately process sales transactions using the POS system
• Work closely with the team to achieve daily and overall sales targets
• Assist in restocking, inventory checks, and other store operations
• Perform ad-hoc duties as required

Requirements:

• Previous experience in retail, luxury, or fashion is preferred (training provided)
• Available to work on a rotating shift, including weekends and public holidays
• Confident, proactive, and customer-focused with strong communication skills
• Enjoys engaging with customers and building relationships
• A positive team player who thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
