CASETiFY is looking for a Retail Store Assistant who will hit the ground running, thrive in a fast-paced environment to join our team. He/she will be representing our brand in the front line and responsible for delivering the best in-store experience for customers of our stores.

Job Description:

• Passionate in delivering customer service, product knowledge, and expertise to customers in retail stores
• Welcomes customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Delivers a positive customer experience and achieves daily sales goals
• Confidently provides the customer with product knowledge to enhance customer engagement and maximize sales
• Outfits the customer by suggesting key looks and incorporating latest trends and current promotions
• Executes efficient and effective handling of all merchandise from shipment processing, floor sets, markdown optimization, and replenishment systems

Requirement:

• High school or Secondary school diploma, equivalent or above
• Proactive, passionate, demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with all levels
• Good collaborative skills and a team player
• Ability to handle multiple tasks while working in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented environment
