Job summary

TANESEI TRADING PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a responsive retail associate to perform daily store duties, operate the POS system, and ensure smooth customer service. You will manage stock, keep shelves tidy, and assist customers with purchases while maintaining store standards.

Candidate should be service-oriented with strong communication and teamwork skills, and be able to work rotating shifts including weekends and public holidays.

• Perform retail duties in the assigned outlet.
• Operate the POS cash register, handle various types of payments and packing for customer purchases.
• Perform stacking, display and replenishment of products on the shelves when required.
• Perform checking for expiring stocks.
• Daily housekeeping.
• Attend to customers' needs.
• Handle stock replenishment.
• Other ad-hoc duties as and when assigned by manager.
• Provide prompt, helpful and courteous service to customers at all times.
