Role Description

We are looking for a full-time, on-site Retail Assistant to join our team in Singapore. The Retail Assistant will play a key role in driving the daily operations and overall performance of the retail store. The role requires maintaining high service standards, resolving customer inquiries and concerns efficiently, and fostering strong relationships with both customers and team members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service and proactive problem resolution.
  • Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the retail area
  • Support in-store promotions and marketing efforts
  • Support ad-hoc retail tasks as needed
  • Maintain compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
Qualifications
  • Friendly, approachable, and confident with people
  • Able to work independently and take initiative
  • Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
  • Retail or customer service experience is a bonus
