Job description
Job Title: Area Support Executive (Operations)
Role Overview: Reports to the Area Manager in supporting store operations, ensuring compliance, and assisting with daily tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with routine store checks and audits.
- Support random cash audits, form updates, and store maintenance checks.
- Monitor customer deposits, license expiries, and coordinate equipment calibration.
- Provide ROP/AML updates and operational guidance.
- Execute and implementation of new initiatives and system enhancements.
- Assist with staff counselling, disciplinary actions, and ensure fairness in manpower deployment.
- Recommending on possible process improvements.
- To ensure repairs, maintenance, and security are in order.
- Assist with statutory board requirement.
- Ensure valuation, marketing feedback, and pricing guidance is in place.
- Assist with sales interactions and customer service.
- Ensure and monitor on customer recoveries and recommend blacklisting.
- Attend Ops meetings and prepare minutes.
- Assist in operational updates.
- Coordinate and liaise with Operations Team in store openings, closures, relocations, and stock takes.
Requirements:
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Frequent travel to various store locations.
- Diploma in business or retail management preferred.
