Retail Area Manager

Job Responsibilities:

• Supervising a team of retail assistants to ensure smooth operation.
• Responsible for the sales of your category of products.
• Handle inventory management, housekeeping, and merchandising.
• Demonstrate outstanding customer service and selling skills, keeping the selling floor stocked with merchandise, assisting in the display of merchandise, and organizing the selling floor and stock areas.
• Process payments by totaling purchases; processing cash or other credit cards.
• Must also be able to deal with customer refunds courteously and professionally.

Requirements:

Willing to work on a roster based on retail hours.

Team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Working Hours:

• 6 days roster based (retail hour 10am to 10pm).
• 1 weekday off.
