Job description

“I can succeed as a Results Analyst at Capital Group.”

As an Analyst within our Results team in Singapore, you will be responsible for:

1. Engaging with our business partners to deliver timely and accurate results measurement and analysis for Capital Group’s Lux Funds suite of mutual funds and institutional accounts.
2. Calculating and analyzing portfolio results, attribution, and analytics in support of external clients, prospects, and internal stakeholders such as Sales, Asset Class Services, Client Servicing, Marketing, Publishing, and Business Management.
3. Serving as a subject matter expert for internal and external industry applications, leading enterprise-wide initiatives, and supporting strategic objectives.

• At least 5 years of experience with Fixed Income and/or Multi Assets & Solutions, preferably with attribution and portfolio analysis.
• Experience with calculating, validating, and interpreting portfolio investment results, attribution analysis, benchmark analysis, and transaction/holdings-based analysis.
• Advanced MS Excel skills and experience with results-related systems such as FactSet Portfolio Analysis, Barra, B-One, Aladdin.
• Good working knowledge of data analysis and visualization tools like Power BI, Alteryx, and SQL.
• Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment requiring critical thinking, analytical skills, agility, problem-solving, and intellectual curiosity.
• Focus on developing best practices, increasing efficiency, enhancing capabilities, and mitigating risks.

In addition to a highly competitive base salary, you will be eligible for an annual performance bonus, Capital’s profitability bonus, and a retirement plan with a 15% employer contribution, subject to plan guidelines and vesting requirements.
