SUMMARY AND BENEFITS

  • Work location: Raffles City Shopping Centre / One Holland Village

  • Work Schedule: 5 workdays, 44 hours per week

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

Service Crew (SALARY RANGE: S$2,200 – S$2,900)

· Deliver excellent customer service and attend to guests' needs promptly.

· Set up and close the restaurant according to standard procedures.

· Clear, clean, and reset tables efficiently between guests.

· Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area.

· Support smooth daily operations and uphold service standards.

Restaurant Supervisor (SALARY RANGE: S$3,000 – S$3,500)

· Oversee daily restaurant operations, including staff scheduling and inventory management.

· Monitor food quality, service standards, and guest satisfaction, implementing improvements as needed.

· Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and health regulations.

· Support team members in guest interactions and handle customer complaints promptly.

· Maintain high standards in food service, presentation, and overall dining experience.

REQUIREMENTS

· At least 1 year of relevant experience in the F&B industry

· Min. secondary school education with 'O' level passes

· Able to start work immediately or within a short notice period would be preferred

· Possess Food safety and hygiene certificate

· Able to work on weekends and public holidays
