Responsibilities:
- Perform daily operation tasks such as taking orders, cashiering, consolidating daily sales, attending to reservation phone calls, and serving food and beverages.
- Learn and be competent in both service and kitchen staff duties.
- Assist with food preparation and cooking duties.
- Be familiar with the basic work of servers and help them meet customer needs.
- Serve customers courteously and professionally at all times.
- Be flexible and go beyond the line of duty to maximize customer satisfaction and meet their needs.
- Ensure dishes are properly planned, prepared, and stored to guarantee quality.
- Maintain hygiene, sanitary, and cleanliness standards while enforcing security and safety measures.
- Maintain critical standards: holding times, service speed and quality, raw and finished product quality.
- Maintain a high standard of personal hygiene, appearance, and deportment.
Requirements:- Possess working experience in the F&B industry.
- Hygiene certified.
- Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
- Can-do attitude, driven, passionate about work, and a team player.
