Job summary

A hospitality management firm in Singapore is seeking an individual for hands-on involvement in daily operations at Oasia Resort Sentosa Hotel. The role includes management training focusing on sales and customer satisfaction. Candidates should have F&B experience, be willing to work split shifts, and be available during weekends and public holidays. Attractive salary package with additional bonuses offered.

Responsibilities

• Hands-on involvement in daily operation to understand and execute duties.
• Undertake management trainings and responsibilities focused on sales management.
• Focus mainly on Service/FOH, with potential exposure to Kitchen/BOH.
• Enforce compliance with Company SOPs and food safety standards.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties based on operational needs.

Working Hours: 5days (Split Shift) ; Kitchen Close 3pm-6pm
Location: Oasia Resort Sentosa Hotel / Somerset
Salary: $3,000 to $3,600 (with AWS + Bonus + $4,000 Joining Bonus!)

Job Scope:

• Hands-on involvement in daily operation to understand and execute duties
• Undertake management trainings and responsibilities with focus on sales management, customer satisfaction, operating expenses and shop’s profitability
• Focus mainly on Service/ FOH, but will have exposure to Kitchen/ BOH. May cover Kitchen/ BOH if operationally required
• Enforce and ensure compliance to Company SOPs, governmental regulations, food safety and hygiene standards within the store
• Any other ad-hoc duties base on operational needs
