Job summary

A leading restaurant chain in Singapore is seeking an experienced individual to oversee daily operations and manage staff scheduling. Candidates must have at least 1 year of experience in the F&B industry and possess a Food safety and hygiene certificate. The role requires compliance with health regulations and excellent customer service skills. This position offers a sign-on bonus and on-the-job training.

Role & Responsibilities
  • Responsible for overseeing the daily restaurant activities and operations.
  • Managing restaurant staff's work schedules.
  • Monitoring inventory and ensuring that all supplies and other restaurant essentials are adequately stocked.
  • Manage and monitor product quality and service and satisfaction trends, evaluate and address issues and make improvements accordingly.
  • Overseeing food preparation, presentation, and storage to ensure compliance with food health and safety regulations.
  • Support and assist team members in handling guest inquiries and requests.
  • Responding efficiently and accurately to restaurant customer complaints.
  • Delivering superior food and beverage service and maximizing customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety regulations.
  • Standard service duties.
Requirements
  • At least 1 year of relevant experience in the F&B industry
  • Min. secondary school education with 'O' level passes
  • Able to start work immediately or within a short notice period would be preferred
  • Possess Food safety and hygiene certificate
  • Able to work on weekends and public holidays
