Job description

Job Responsibilities:

• Works closely with respective departments to implement promotional activities

• Ensure key performance targets are met

• Responsible for all ordering and movement of inventory, stationery and stocks for daily use in the outlet

• Ensure periodic stock takes are conducted accurately

• Responsible for the rostering of all staff at the outlet

• Train staff in the outlet as and when necessary

• Ensure product knowledge is accurately delivered to staff

• Ensure that service team adheres and complies to company’s policies and procedures

• Co-ordinates and ensures daily tasks and duties are conveyed to the team

• Ensuring that the handover, closing and opening procedures are completed in each shift

• Inspects table and glassware for cleanliness and damage

• Inspects service stations for cleanliness, functioning of equipment and sufficient supplies

• Ensure the cleanliness of the outlet is maintained throughout

• Ensure that operations comply with proper food safety regulations

• Interacts positively and professionally with guests, colleagues, and other departments as appropriate and required

• Recommends and suggests specialties to guest, up sells whenever possible

• Handle customer complaints and feedback

• Maintain sound knowledge of the menu and presentation standards for food and drinks

• Carry out any other duties as per the management’s request
