Job description

This floor staff member needs to assist the manager in the outlet's floor operations and ensure the delivery of a positive customer experience.

He/She is responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the restaurant, including preparation, servicing, and preparing ingredients for the bartenders.

He/She should be skilled in recommending and comfortable serving food, alcoholic, and non-alcoholic beverages to restaurant patrons.

Assist in cleaning and closing the restaurant.

Due to the influx of Chinese-speaking customers, the ability to speak Mandarin and English is preferred.
