Job summary

VIBE CLUB PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks an experienced operations manager to oversee all restaurant operations, drive staff performance, budgeting, business development, and regulatory compliance.

You will lead teams, monitor financials, develop strategies to improve efficiency and revenue, ensure top-tier customer service, and maintain safety and quality standards across all departments.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant to achieve targets.
• Lead, manage, and motivate employees to improve productivity and performance.
• Prepare and monitor operating budgets, control expenses and improve financial performance.
• Develop business development and marketing strategies to attract customers and increase sales.
• Supervise department managers and supervisors for coordinated performance.
• Monitor performance, review reports, and report progress to directors.
• Ensure excellent customer service by addressing feedback and maintaining standards.
• Manage manpower planning, staffing, training, and evaluations.
• Oversee purchasing, supplier relationships, inventory, and cost control.
• Ensure compliance with policies, food safety, safety requirements, and regulations.
• Analyze financial data and sales to support planning.
• Identify risks and implement improvements to boost efficiency.
• Maintain confidentiality of company records and sensitive information.
• Maintain professional communication with stakeholders.
• Perform other management duties as assigned by the company.
