Key Responsibilities (depending on role)
  • Ensure smooth daily operations of the restaurant and uphold ISHI’s service standards.
  • Deliver warm, professional, and attentive hospitality to all guests.
  • Manage and support reservations, seating, and guest relations.
  • Work closely with the culinary team to coordinate service flow.
  • Train, mentor, and motivate team members to maintain excellence.
  • Handle inventory, supplier coordination, and cost controls (Managerial roles).
  • Uphold hygiene, safety, and licensing standards.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in omakase dining, fine dining, or luxury hospitality preferred (for managerial/supervisory roles).
  • Strong leadership and communication skills (Managerial / Supervisor roles).
  • A passion for Japanese cuisine, culture, and the spirit of omotenashi.
  • Positive attitude, teamwork, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
  • For Service/Front-of-House roles – prior experience is an advantage, but training will be provided.
