A well-known Italian restaurant seeks an F&B Manager to oversee operations and ensure exceptional guest experiences. The ideal candidate will lead a dynamic team, manage budgets, and promote customer satisfaction while adhering to quality standards. This role requires strong management skills and experience in food and beverage service.
Roles & Responsibilities
We are looking for suitable candidates to be responsible for managing operations and for delivering an excellent guest experience. The successful candidates will be able to forecast, plan and manage all F&B orders, staff, and finance. The goal is to maximize sales and revenue through customer satisfaction and employee engagement.
· Supervise everyday working of department operating process and increase efficiency of workers for various growth-oriented programs.
· Maintain and provide efficient backup to supply department and ensure achievement of all internal and external needs.
· Provide training to workers and provide upgrade to various technical skills.
· Analyse and identify all performance related issues and ensure appropriate steps to prevent loss.
· Administer all indoor performance in department through efficient coaching and monitoring.
· Prepare and maintain employee attendance records and provide feedback to employees.
· Develop plans and supervise various departmental meetings and participate in various growth-based meetings.
· Analyse and ensure better result to fulfil all business requirements.
· Provide support and join improvement-based methods.
· Analyse all opportunities and recommend ways to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
· Supervise effective compilation and collection of information and data to enhance growth.
· Monitor all administrative functions as per requirement.
· Ensure compliance with applicable laws and company policies
· Manage all F&B and day-to-day operations within budgeted guidelines and to the highest standards
· Preserve excellent levels of internal and external customer service
· Identify customers’ needs and respond proactively to all of customer concerns or complaint to ensure high quality customer service and satisfaction
· Lead F&B team by attracting, recruiting, training, and appraising talented personnel.
· Supervise employee activities to conform to established standards and policies.
· Develop and implement training programs for employees.
· Establish targets, KPI’s, schedules, policies, and procedures
· Provide a two-way communication and nurture an ownership environment with emphasis in motivation and teamwork
· Comply with all health and safety regulations
· Ensure employees follow operational practices, hygiene rules, and quality standards.
· Assist in ordering, purchasing, and stocking F&B products.
· Report on management regarding sales results and productivity
Requirements:
• Proven food and beverage management experience
• Working knowledge of computer software programs such like MS Office, restaurant management software, POS etc.
• Ability to spot and resolve problems efficiently
• Mastery in delegating multiple tasks
