We are seeking an experienced and passionate Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations of our Korean BBQ restaurant. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional dining experiences, managing staff, controlling costs, and ensuring the smooth running of all restaurant functions.

Key Responsibilities
Operations Management
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring high levels of quality, service, and cleanliness.
  • Monitor and manage inventory levels, ensuring sufficient stock of meats, ingredients, sauces, beverages, and other supplies.
  • Ensure all equipment and grills are maintained and functioning properly.
  • Implement and maintain hygiene and food safety standards according to local health regulations.
Customer Service
  • Ensure excellent customer experience by providing warm and professional service.
  • Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints promptly and effectively.
  • Regularly engage with guests to build strong customer relationships and encourage repeat visits.
Staff Management
  • Recruit, train, and manage restaurant staff, including servers, kitchen crew, and support staff.
  • Create and manage staff schedules to ensure optimal coverage during peak and off-peak hours.
  • Motivate and mentor staff to achieve performance goals and maintain high service standards.
Financial Management
  • Monitor and control operating costs, labor costs, and food waste.
  • Work with senior management to achieve revenue targets and profitability goals.
Marketing and Promotion
  • Support marketing initiatives to drive restaurant traffic and sales, including promotions, seasonal menus, and special events.
  • Collaborate with marketing team to maintain online presence (social media, reviews, etc.).
