Job Responsibilities:

  • Ensure customers are served in an efficient and friendly manner.
  • Oversee service during meal periods and customer service delivery at each table.
  • Ensure employees are providing excellent service to customers with 85% of customers’ satisfaction.
  • Promptly resolved customer complaints preferably within the dining period, ensuring repeat business and positive reviews.
  • Streamlined communication between kitchen and front-of-house staff for peak-hour efficiency.
  • Maintain and ensure cleaning and maintaining of outlet to uphold hygiene standards.
  • Conduct monthly audits to ensure compliance with company’s standards, workplace safety compliance and SFA compliance.
  • Foster a team-working and friendly atmosphere among staff.
  • Enhanced employee morale through regular performance evaluations, constructive feedback, and recognition of accomplishments.
