Un leader dynamique et expérimenté est recherché pour soutenir le Restaurant General Manager chez une entreprise réputée à Singapour. Vous serez responsable de la gestion des opérations, de l'encadrement des équipes, et de l'analyse financière pour optimiser les résultats du restaurant. Si vous avez au moins 2 ans d'expérience dans un rôle similaire dans l'industrie F&B et possédez des compétences interpersonnelles solides, cette opportunité est faite pour vous.
Support the Restaurant General Manager on the day-to-day operational and financial excellence by exercising great leadership and decision-making that supports operational standards and the culture
Restaurant P&L management by following cash control/security procedures; maintaining inventory, managing labor, and applying financial report analysis to enhance restaurant results
Manage the assigned Shack operational and manpower planning
Oversee employees related matters including performance management, training and development, compensation and disciplinary matters
Provides coaching and feedback to team on stations, products, processes and policies
Enforces compliance of government regulations, food safety, operations and company's policies and procedures across shifts
Ensure overall brand image is maintained and well represented
Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of experience in similar capacity in the F&B industry
Positive individual with strong communication, interpersonal and leadership skills
