Job description

Job Responsibilities

  1. Create a good working environment and develop subordinates by identifying areas that need training and taking action to support it.
  2. Orient and train employees to ensure that each individual has a complete understanding of the company's policies using the operations training manual.
  3. Manage an efficient team of kitchen and service staff by taking an active interest in their welfare and development.
  4. Ensure daily opening and closing duties in the outlet are properly executed.
  5. Manage, direct, and coordinate all operation-related activities in a proficient and pleasant manner.
  6. Maintain a high level of customer service as per QSC standards.
  7. Ensure overall store image is maintained and the brand is well represented at all times.
  8. Monitor opening and closing duties of the outlet.
  9. Communicate daily and act as a liaison between operations staff and management.
  10. Ensure that the POS system is operational and accurate at all times.
  11. Provide coordination and services for both kitchen and service.

Minimum Requirements

  1. NITEC/Diploma in F&B Management or equivalent.
  2. At least 2 years of similar working experience.
  3. Proficiency in MS Office applications.
  4. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  5. Positive attitude with the ability to influence and lead a team.
  6. Able to work on weekends.
