Your Responsibilities at LAVI

  • Oversee day-to-day operations with professionalism and precision, ensuring SOP are followed
  • Cultivate a culture of accountability, empathy, and performance excellence
  • Champion the guest experience — from service standards to dining atmosphere
  • Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing service team
  • Collaborate with ownership on KPIs, workflow, and continuous improvement
  • Contribute to a positive, solutions-driven environment with initiative and insight

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in restaurant or hospitality management
  • Strong interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills
  • Passion for delivering exceptional hospitality and team engagement
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure service setting
  • Familiarity with contemporary, fusion, or progressive dining concepts is a plus

Work details

  • Starting 10 day AL
  • 5 Day work week (44 hours)
  • Staff meal allowance (post probation)
