Job description

Local cafe chain looking for an Outlet Manager.

No experience will also be considered.

6 days work week.

Job Responsibilities
  1. Ensure staff follow their job description and code of conduct.
  2. Ensure staff prepare food according to the Company’s recipe and procedures.
  3. Maintain food cost below 26% by controlling portion sizes and minimizing wastage.
  4. Ensure first-in, first-out inventory management for all items.
  5. Monitor and update the build chart regularly, ensuring staff adherence.
  6. Order stock with only sufficient buffer, a maximum of one week’s supply, except for spices.
  7. Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the kitchen at all times.
  8. Train staff consistently and monitor their progress.
  9. Conduct cleaning schedules, including opening, closing, and specific cleaning tasks at 2:30 pm, 7:00 am, and closing time.
  10. Organize staff work schedules and workload to ensure fast and quality service during peak hours.
  11. Provide excellent and personalized customer service.
  12. Hold weekly one-on-one meetings with staff to discuss career development and mindset training.
  13. Monitor customer and staff moods regularly.
  14. Walk through the floor and kitchen at least hourly to oversee operations.

  3. Wear uniform before starting your shift.
  4. Obey your supervisor within your scope of work.
  5. Do not disclose your salary to others.
  6. Maintain the company's good image with co-workers and customers.
