Job Summary

As the Restaurant Manager, you will oversee daily operations, manage staff, and ensure an outstanding guest experience. You will be responsible for maintaining service excellence, optimizing operational efficiency, and driving revenue growth while upholding the brand's quality and values.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring smooth service and high-quality guest experiences.
  • Lead, train, and manage front-of-house and back-of-house staff to maintain high service standards.
  • Monitor inventory, manage suppliers, and control food and beverage costs.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
  • Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional manner.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies and promotions to increase sales.
  • Maintain accurate financial records, oversee budgeting, and analyze business performance.
  • Implement and uphold company policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Foster a positive work environment, ensuring team motivation and staff retention.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager, preferably in a Korean BBQ.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to motivate a diverse team.
  • Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities.
  • Knowledge of inventory management, budgeting, and financial reporting.
  • Familiarity with Korean cuisine and dining culture is a plus.
