Job description

Job Summary:

  • Oversee daily restaurant operations, including dining, kitchen
  • Supervise and schedule staff, including hiring, training, and performance management
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service
  • Handle customer complaints and feedback professionally and efficiently
  • Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
  • Enforce hygiene, health and safety regulations
  • Manage restaurant budgets, including labor and food costs
  • Implement marketing and promotional strategies to increase revenue
  • Maintain quality control of food, service and ambiance
  • Prepare regular reports on sales, staff, and operational performance
  • Coordinate with suppliers, vendors and external partners

Requirements:

  • Experience 1–3 years as a Restaurant Manager or similar role
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Solid understanding of restaurant management software and POS systems
  • Knowledge of food and beverage operations and health regulations
  • Ability to work shift work including evenings, weekends and holidays
  • Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is required
