Restaurant Manager
Job description
Your responsible for:
- Create positive mindset and have good listening skill toward staff, and customer.
- Recruiting of staffs directly only (not using any agents)
- Oversee house keeping and cleanliness at all area of restaurant
- Observing and evaluating staff performance, and provide counselling to staff.
- Correcting staff procedures to ensure the Company quality standards.
- Ensure smooth work flow speed process and services.
- Ensuring of OJT (On Job Training) lilst below are properly done by all staffs:
- Good customer services
- Sanitation, Safety & Hygien procedures
- Company F&B preparation standard and speed food preparation with Quality
- Oversee all operation costs.
- Achieve sales target, and analyse information related to Profit & Sales.
- Maintain all cutleries, equipments and facilities of restaurant.
- Prepare weekly shift schedule for all staffs.
Duties:
- Ensure all employee to follow YAYOI -SOP & QSC guide line.
- Attend Managers meeting at HQ.
- Ensure No-expired product serve to customers.
- Ensure all order from suppliers is in order.
- Conducting daily briefing for staff (twice a day).
- Check on daily target given by HQ and ensure is met.
- Reduce on food wastage.
- Manage and coordinate activities of staff from preparing and serving Food & Beverage (F&B).
