We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, managing staff, and driving profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage restaurant operations, including opening and closing procedures
  • Oversee staff scheduling, training, and performance management
  • Ensure high standards of customer service and satisfaction
  • Maintain inventory and manage ordering of supplies
  • Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, sales reports, and cost control
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexibility to work 6 days a week
  • Knowledge of restaurant management software is a plus
