Responsibilities

  • Supervising the Chefs and Staff.
  • Accountable for Billing and Cash Counter.
  • To Attend Calls and Enquiries.
  • Managing and Interacting with Customers.
  • Helping hands to Chefs / Waiters if needed.
  • Day-to-day procurement of Groceries / Meat / Beverages.
  • Keep stock of Inventory and liaise with Vendors.
  • Attending the Catering Calls.
  • Inviting the Customer to visit and try.
