What You’ll Do
- Report directly to the Group Entity Manager.
- Demonstrate the ability to lead, be proactive, and have initiative.
- Oversee the daily operations on shifts.
- Ensure proper uniform, punctuality, and grooming are according to company policy and standard.
- Ensure proper hygiene as prescribed in the company guidelines.
- Understand and manage the operational systems of the outlet they are based in.
- Maintain a positive environment and culture which provides fast, efficient, and friendly service for both customers and staff.
- Maintain a clean and organised environment and when necessary, assist with the packing of stocks.
- Responsible for planning and scheduling of staff, payroll and inventory management.
- Follow customer service and drinks per Standard of Procedures.
- Provide guidance and set examples for staff to ensure that Standard Operating Procedures are maintained and followed.
- Proactive in solving customer’s problems and providing satisfactory solutions to various situations.
- Perform and supervise POS duties and Front of House duties including ordering, serving, greeting of customers, opening and closing procedures.
- Identify and report any potential work hazards, operational inconsistencies, and machine break down to the Operation Manager. Investigate and document these incidents, if required.
- Be the “Owner” and Role Model of the service initiative during your shift.
- Oversee the hiring and interview process of new applicants.
- Manage the appraisal process for the outlet.
