Job Description:

The Restaurant Manager oversees the entire operation, ensuring efficient service, customer satisfaction, and profitability. You’ll lead a team and represent the values of the restaurant.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee hiring, training, and scheduling of all staff
  • Manage restaurant budgets, payroll, and cost control
  • Develop and implement service standards and policies
  • Lead staff meetings and performance evaluations
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements
  • Handle high-level customer relations

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of restaurant management experience
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and financial skills
  • In-depth knowledge of restaurant operations
  • Familiarity with Chinese cuisine and restaurant culture a plus
  • Background in franchise restaurants is a plus
