Position Title: Restaurant Manager

Salary Range: SGD 5,000 – 6,500

Job Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth service and customer satisfaction.
  • Manage and lead the restaurant team, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluation.
  • Monitor food quality, service standards, and hygiene compliance in line with company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Handle inventory management, supplier coordination, and cost control.
  • Implement operational improvements to enhance efficiency and customer experience.
  • Address and resolve customer feedback and operational issues in a timely manner.
  • Prepare reports on sales, staffing, and operational performance for management review.
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Company.
Position Requirements
  • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent qualification in any discipline.
  • At least 2–3 years of relevant work experience in the F&B industry, preferably with restaurant supervisory or management experience.
  • Passionate about the catering industry, experience in managing chain restaurants is preferred.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple operational tasks effectively.
  • Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays as required by restaurant operations.
  • Proficiency in Mandarin is required, as the role involves liaising with Mandarin-speaking staff, handling Chinese-language menus and training materials, and engaging with a Mandarin-speaking customer base.
  • Familiarity with Chinese cuisine operations will be an advantage.
