Position Title: Restaurant Manager
Salary Range: SGD 5,000 – 6,500
Job Responsibilities
- Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth service and customer satisfaction.
- Manage and lead the restaurant team, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluation.
- Monitor food quality, service standards, and hygiene compliance in line with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Handle inventory management, supplier coordination, and cost control.
- Implement operational improvements to enhance efficiency and customer experience.
- Address and resolve customer feedback and operational issues in a timely manner.
- Prepare reports on sales, staffing, and operational performance for management review.
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Company.
Position Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent qualification in any discipline.
- At least 2–3 years of relevant work experience in the F&B industry, preferably with restaurant supervisory or management experience.
- Passionate about the catering industry, experience in managing chain restaurants is preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple operational tasks effectively.
- Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays as required by restaurant operations.
- Proficiency in Mandarin is required, as the role involves liaising with Mandarin-speaking staff, handling Chinese-language menus and training materials, and engaging with a Mandarin-speaking customer base.
- Familiarity with Chinese cuisine operations will be an advantage.
