As one of Singapore’s most established Eurasian dining concepts, we take pride in delivering authentic cuisine, warm hospitality, and memorable experiences to every guest.

We are looking for a dynamic, hands-on Restaurant Manager to join our team and lead daily operations at our restaurant, ensuring smooth service, high standards, and a motivated team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring efficiency and excellent guest service.
  • Lead and motivate the front-of-house team, fostering a positive and professional work culture.
  • Monitor dining room, kitchen, and bar areas for cleanliness, presentation, and compliance with health & safety standards.
  • Manage reservations, walk-ins, and events to maximize customer satisfaction and revenue.
  • Assist in recruitment, training, and scheduling of staff.
  • Monitor inventory, place orders, and manage cost control.
  • Handle customer feedback with professionalism and resolve issues effectively.
  • Work with the Marketing team to implement promotions and events to drive footfall.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
  • At least 3–5 years of experience in restaurant management or F&B supervisory roles.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire and manage a team.
  • Excellent communication skills in English; knowledge of other languages is a plus.
  • Well-versed in restaurant operations, customer service, and basic financial controls.
  • Hands-on, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Passionate about food, hospitality, and providing an exceptional dining experience.
  • Knowledge of Eurasian cuisine and culture is an advantage.
