Are you passionate about food, hospitality, and leading dynamic teams? We’re looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to join our vibrant, European-themed bar and restaurant. Our concept blends modern European cuisine with a carefully curated selection of beers, wines, cocktails, and brunch buffet, enhanced by event nights and a strong focus on quality and guest experience.

Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth service
Achieve and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) for the outlet
Uphold and enforce restaurant standards, service quality, and company policies
Lead by example in delivering outstanding customer service
Maintain restaurant aesthetics and cleanliness, ensuring a welcoming environment
Manage inventory, sales, and staff records with attention to detail
Monitor and evaluate sales performance regularly
Understand and recommend menu offerings to enhance the guest experience
Handle and resolve customer feedback or complaints professionally
Train, guide, and motivate the team to maintain high service standards
Develop and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for service
Collaborate with the Marketing team to support promotions and events
Well-groomed, professional demeanor with excellent interpersonal skills
Fluent in English and able to connect with Mandarin-speaking customers
At least 3 years of experience in a similar role
Strong grasp of current F&B and hospitality trends
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and email communication
Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Committed to high standards of hygiene, service, and product quality
