Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage, train, and schedule front‑of‑house staff.
  • Collaborate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure quality control and timely service.

  • Monitor inventory, order supplies, and manage vendor relationships.
  • Ensure all health, safety, and hygiene standards are maintained.
  • Drive sales and support marketing initiatives to attract clientele.
  • Prepare and analyze financial and operational reports.

Requirements:
