Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring excellent service standards are met at all times.
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and concerns in a professional and effective manner.
  • Monitor food quality, cleanliness, and overall restaurant ambiance.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, restaurant policies, and procedures.
  • Assist in inventory management, ordering supplies, and ensuring proper stock levels.
  • Lead by example in providing outstanding customer service.
  • Collaborate with management to meet business goals and performance metrics.
  • Handle opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and reporting.

Requirements:

  • At least Three years of experience in a restaurant environment.
  • Fluent in English speaking; additional languages are a plus.
  • Previous experience in managerial role within the food and beverage industry.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations in the restaurant industry.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
