The Mission:
Ensure our customers and teams are well taken care of. You will be the director of the catering department (restaurant, bar, and work/event spaces). In charge of developing the profitability of each outlet, you will participate in menu engineering and pricing strategies.
You will recruit, supervise, direct, and coordinate all restaurant staff, while managing other responsibilities. Ensuring legal compliance and maintaining high standards of customer experience are key parts of your role.
