Job description

What you'll be doing

  • Responsibility for the day-to-day operations of the restaurant to ensure efficiency and profitability

  • Oversee the smooth running of restaurant operations, including inventory management, staff scheduling, and budget control

  • Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue and profitability

  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to maintain high standards of food quality and presentation

  • Monitor and respond to customer feedback to continually improve the dining experience

  • Ensure high standards of store maintenance, quality control and health & safety compliance

  • Investigate and resolve food quality issues and service-related complaints

  • Foster a positive and engaging work environment for the restaurant team

  • Recruit, hire and train new staff as required

  • Perform any other ad hoc duties as assigned

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a similar restaurant management role

  • Strong leadership and people management skills

  • Excellent customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities

  • Proficient in inventory management, budgeting, and financial reporting

  • Highly organized with the ability to multitask and work under pressure

  • Passion for the hospitality industry and a commitment to delivering exceptional dining experiences

  • Willing to work on weekends and public holidays

  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment

  • Possess a valid Food Hygiene Certificate will be an added advantage

Work Location: Islandwide (candidates may be assigned based on operational needs)
