  1. Manage and run the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring that sales targets and service standards are met.
  2. Achieve the highest service standards and exceed high guest expectations daily.
  3. Establish good rapport with customers and handle customer requests professionally and promptly.
  4. Lead and motivate staff in achieving sales targets and customer satisfaction.
  5. Plan staff rosters and provide training and coaching to staff on customer service and product knowledge.
  6. Enforce and comply with licensing, hygiene regulations, health and safety legislation, and guidelines.
  7. Manage operational costs and requisite stocks/items required by the restaurant.
  8. Assess and improve restaurant profitability and prepare and present staffing/sales reports to the General Manager in a timely manner.

Requirements

  1. Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in managing a restaurant.
  2. Present a positive and professional attitude at all times.
  3. Ability to work independently and as a team player with good interpersonal skills.
